The Wolf Express will consist of a Victorian house to start with located on second street N.E. in Waukon ,Iowa.
The house will be set up as a Cyber Café and Coffee/Tea and book Shop with Real cappuccino made in a real Italian cappuccino machine.. Open 24/6. (Wolfs Express will be closed on Saturday.) The upstairs will be used as a B&B Suite rent for a weekend, week, fortnight, month, three months, six months no longer then a year. Pet friendly, no children over three.
The house is being sold by Allamakee Reality, for $179,000.00 there are several properties in Waukon I will eventually invest in some to resell or dismantle then sell the land. Many people would rather simply buy land without house in order to build their way.
The property will offer internet wireless access from 6 am-10am free to students and people seeking employment.[1] (We will always sell food, snack and ice cream, coffee/tea, fudge, biscotti’s. Like home relaxed atmosphere warm inviting like a upper class British businessman’s club.) There won’t be children running through, a nice club feel(pets welcome) we will be non-smoking ,cell phones will be left at the door. Mon-Friday during those hours, and 8-10 Mon-Thursday, 6-10 Friday, and 4-8 this free period will be only from Students College[2] and other. We will at all time for residence offer ½ prices per hour. Saturday will be Potluck fellowship,(check in will be for the suites when advanced to that area of the business only on Saturday, checkouts for a weekend only on Sunday. Gay friendly, for couples and their families and pets, will be only Gay friendly in Waukon, Iowa.
[1] The library is only open from ten am to eight four days a week and ten to six on Friday and ten to four p.m. on Saturday. Not open at all on Sunday, and usage Is only an hour student or other and there isn’t a service in town that allows people to seek employment in cyber space.
[2] We will offer internships to students seeking experience in hospitality. This will allow us to man the property with little expenses (using the loft above the garage to house interns is a possibility) Workers are hard to find and even harder to keep them but working with the local colleges in the area the connections vary from carpentry, business management, cyber marketing, designing….
