My name is JD. I was the front man for the band Sofa King for many years, though no longer, used to book 30 bands, quit that too, focusing on writing and directing. I have been writing for 18 years, starting out as a slam poet in 1990. Represented southern cal in the nationals for slam poetry in 2000. I am originally from O.C., ca, moved to Seattle in 2000. The last few years I have been solely focused on film. I am currently single and pleasently so, focusing on accomplishing my aspirations, though you never know when the right girl might hit, but for right now focused. Anyway, that's me. I have 10 books of poetry, 4 shorts, 10 feature film scripts,a video game design, a graphic novel, a novella, a kid's book, and various other projects. I am 6'1 200 lbs, (ugly as ugly gets, haha or maybe not ugly, depending on which throne one sits)11 tattoos. Anything else, just ask.
